DOES IT HOLD 5# OF FLOUR? WELL, YES AND NO. ⢠It did hold 5# of stone ground rye flour, right to the very top. 5# of Anthony’s gluten free coconut flour also fit, packed down. However, 5# of Gold Medal all purpose flour required 1 and 1/2 containers. Maybe it should have fit mathematically, by weight or volume, but they pack it very tight in the flour bag, and I couldn’t pack it that tight in the canister. 5# of white sugar fit with plenty of room to spare.
