Does Not Have A Flat Bottom, Right Out Of The Box I bought this pan, based on the extremely large number of 5 Star Reviews, as being the lesser of two evils, when compared to so many other non stick brands. This particular model had the lowest percentage of 1 Star reviews out of dozens of brands and models that I researched on Amazon. Didn’t last I ordered this T-fal as a replacement for the T-fal E9380884 Professional that had lasted me about 1.5 years. I was initially very impressed. It’s heavy, with a very thick bottom and it felt like it would last a long time. Because of that I also ordered the two smaller versions (8″ and 10″). 12″ pan warped out of box Bottom came warped to one side. Pro version I got had similar issue but was high in the middle.I have had really good use with the Ultimate line of T-fal in the past and really liked the higher sides and lip. Having it be warped without even getting to the heat is certainly not acceptable to me. I just bought a set of the 8″ and 10″ Ultimate as well and both were not flat as well.
