Easier and more convenient to use than my 3-cup Cuisinart processor, but hard to clean under the green suction pad I am very impressed with the grip suction on the bottom of this manual chopper. And the three blades could not be sharper. The handle stays put, too. I have a great appreciation for this manual chopper that is easier to use–and more convenient and efficient–than my electric 3-cup Cuisinart processor. And this one from OXO holds more–with a four cup capacity. But I don’t understand how to easily clean and dry underneath the green suction pad on the bottom. It looks like it…

Looking for a quality, all-purpose manual chopper? This is a well-designed, easy-to-use option. My new kitchen go-to item. I’ve been looking for a manual chopper for awhile. I use it only when I have really big jobs. I also have a little tiny electric Cuisinart food chopper, but it’s on its last legs, and good only for tiny jobs because the bowl is so little. And like Goldilocks, this one is…
