A Good Product for the Price I looked ours over when it arrived. I have used it twice so far. The slats are well connected with each other. Leakage does not appear to be an issue. However it should be pointed out that low quality wood was used in the production of the bucket that came with ours. Some of the slates have wood putty in the knot areas to prevent breaking. It comes with instructions, read them. I love my icecream maker! I followed the included instructions and SOAKED my bucket for 90 min first. I haven’t tried the Oster recipes, but I did use an old quality recipe. When used as directed, it doesn’t take any longer than it should. I highly recommend reading to those who had the completely avoidable difficulties.
