Paint chips off! Unfortunately, after a few uses, the paint actually started to chip off! So while they cut well, paint in your food is not appetizing or safe I’m thinking!

Fox Family says:

Sharp but safe! I own more expensive knives and have taken knife skill courses but safety remains a concern. Due to previous hand injuries, surgeries and nerve damage plus high frequency of use, I am prone to accidents. These knives are sharp enough for kitchen tasks but have never caused an injury. Also bought sets for adult children.

Dunbar65 says:

Nice, but beware I like the set, except the sheath on the largest knife is very tight and difficult to remove and replace. I like the idea of a sheath as a safety factor. I tend to avoid the larger knife for fear of cutting myself when I remove it.
