In my Emeril Lagasse Stainless Steel Cookware you have the beauty of stainless steel with the added bonus of an aluminum base bottom, which means that the cooking surface heats up quickly. These pots and pans are also ready to go from either conventional or induction stovetops straight to the oven and then for quick clean up, they are dishwasher-safe. Tempered glass lids make it easy to monitor cooking without lifting the lid and losing precious steam. Perhaps my favorite feature about this set, however, is the pour spouts and straining lids which work together to allow draining of cooking liquids without removing the lids. The Emeril Lagasse Stainless Steel 12 piece Cookware set has got you covered! From scrambled eggs for one to a multi-course meal for the entire family, my partners at Bradshaw Intl. have configured this collection so that it can be your one-stop cookware purchase in setting up your kitchen.

The Emeril 1 QT saucier compared to the All-Clad, Cuisinart Chef Classic, and Sitram Profiserie… I bought the Emeril 1 QT saucier to give it a try and compare it to a couple of other pans.As for the Cuisinart Chef Classic 1 QT saucier – it was trashed. This pan has a major design flaw and I sustained a second-degree burn on my hand because of it. Misplacement of the handle and narrow base made it tip on an iron gas grate pouring hot gravy all over my hand. It was easy to clean, but it was thin on the sides which caused burning around the sides. It looked pretty, but personally…

Would be 5 stars but one of my sauce pans … Would be 5 stars but one of my sauce pans leaks water through the handle bolt when boiling water. I’m having a replacement one shipped from Amazon so hopefully the replacement one will not leak and I’ll be able to update this review.

Good Pan This is my first stainless steel pan and so far so good! It seems to heat up quickly and the heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan so I haven’t had an issue with uneven temperatures. You have to cook with a lower temperature with these types of pans and I’ve never had an issue with food sticking. It did start getting a bit discolored on my second use however, and I’m not sure if this is just what happens to stainless steel or if it’s the quality of the pan, but I’m overall very happy…
