Works Better Then I Was Expecting I got this kettle for my parents because they make a lot of tea, and this would speed up the process instead of warming water up in the microwave. The kettle itself looks pretty good, and it is all stainless steel with a plastic lid and handle. It can warm up water in about 5 minutes, the only area on the kettle that gets warm is by the handle. Perfect Atmospheric appearance, large capacity, low noise, very fast on the boiling water! It’s hard to find an electric kettle with zero plastic on the inside. Even the spout is stainless. The lid opens up fully with just a press of the button. Power cable can be stored in the storage slot at the bottom of the tray, does not occupy space. My favorite feature is the “cool” exterior.
