PSA: Texture is on the inside; outside is completely smooth and slippery. Why? I am pretty disappointed in these glasses bc the pictures made it appear that the ridges/texture was on the outside of the glass. Just FYI, the outside of the glass is completely smooth and the inside is textured. I don’t understand why you’d design a glass that way. Isn’t it just harder to clean while being as slippery as a normal plain glass? I wanted glasses with angles or texture that made it easier to grip and to hand wash (don’t have a dish washer). Two sets, different tints I bought two of these sets to replace an old nice set that had more than half broken now. I wanted something inexpensive, solid and nice looking for entertaining. The shipment arrived with none broken. However, one set looked fine with a normal clear glass tone, but the other had an ugly peach tint to them. Good glasses, expect breakage The glasses themselves, are quite nice – I like the size and the texture/mottled-ness of it. I bought two packs after reading the reviews that sometimes they come broke. Well, same thing happened here. of the 12 total glasses, one was shattered in pieces. The glasses ship in a 6-pack like box with corrugate dividers and each wrapped in a bubble bag – but its not enough to take a fall during shipment, so expect that you might have to suck up your losses.
