not as dark as pictured but still beautiful I went ahead and purchased these after reading someone’s review about how they are brighter in person, and they definitely are. They match everything in my house nicely though and I absolutely love them. I just wanted to post a review with a picture that was more true to their color for others interested in them.
They are good enough for me to keep They are good enough for me to keep. I still like the design, but not impressed with the attention to detail. One of the issues was, “is it red or burgundy”. Mine unfortunately are both. I foolishly thought I was buying a product made in USA, “American Atelier”. Sounds like an American product. Nope, China. Also, coffee mugs have paint imperfection too. Not meant for microwave use I love these dishes however they have started cracking. My son heated some food on one this morning in the microwave for 3 minutes, was eating his food when the plate popped and than cracked.I bought these in 1/2017 and don’t use them often in the microwave, we just happen to be out of paper plates.I don’t know if I can get replacement pieces either.
